NYC Food Trucks

NYC Everywhere!

One of my favorite parts about many large cities are the accessibility of food trucks.  In New York, we saw food trucks everywhere.  There would be multiple on every street corner, and they come in all varieties.

We visited one that had tacos.  They had vegetarian and basically any meat that someone would want.  Each one is only $3.  

I also like food trucks, because you can see them making your food.  

Well, being adventurous, I had the tongue taco.  It was good.  It has a slightly different consistency than what I'm used to, but it worked well in the taco.  The taco was a corn tortilla with plenty of onions, and avocado.  

Food trucks are out for breakfast and for those late night cravings.  

This time was a late night craving.  

We went with chicken on a stick.  The meat was awesomely delicious.  The meat was perfectly tender and juicy.  We actually had this type of food truck multiple times.  

Memphis is getting into the food truck game.  It's a bit of a trend.  They are also not easily locatable.  Well, they are.  You just have to follow them on twitter.  I have seen hot dog stands downtown that tend to be there regularly.  I wish we had more of these, especially near late night clubs and bars.
