When I was in New Orleans, I had to go to this cafe for beignets and coffee. It's tourist, always packed, and delicious.
Every time I have been, there has been quite the line. Fortunately, it moves quickly.
I had a frozen café au lait. It's a perfect blend of chicory coffee and milk. It's like a coffee slush.
I also had an order of beignets. They were piping hot and full of deliciousness and covered with powdered sugar.
I love this place, and I will definitely return. Apparently, they are open 24 hours, so that's unbeatable after the club or the bar.
