Payne's BBQ is a local barbecue restaurant in the midtown area. It has one of the best barbecue sandwiches in Memphis.
They have ribs, pulled pork, sliced pork, bologna, hot dogs, and more.
The stove that they use looks like one that I have in my house. The food reminds you of someone cooking at your house.
The dining area is cute, too.
Of course, the gem is the sandwich which is drenched in a mustard yellow slaw. It's so full that it's hard to eat with your hand, but it is soooo freakin' good.
