Every year, there is a crawfish festival in midtown at Overton Square. I have been several times. However, this year it appeared to be bigger. I think there may have been more people because of the revitalization in the area.
Anyway, the admission was free. The crawfish was $15.

Suck some head; eat some tail. For crawfish, you basically, only eat the tail. It's a lot of work, but the taste is worth it. Notice the yellow... not sure what is it...

I'll definitely be back next year. I'll also be at the one downtown next weekend!!
